Wait, is it really that high? Few months ago, when Riot announced they will end XP/Vista support they also mentioned that XP users are around 1% of playerbase and this number is even lower for Vista users.
Much lower than that now. Less than 1%!

he pressed Flash - Q and then he got airborne from the blast cone.
Nautilus hook is a weird thing... if you press Q before you get CC'ed the hook will still go off... kinda like Tristana's jump... but more consistent XD
Nautilus hook will always take him to the wall it hits even if he gets cc'd as he casts it. Same with the first half of camille's hookshot
This is amazing i love it
It would make more sense to store the language defined by the player in his account settings so he doesn't need to change it every time.
I agree but consider the amount of players that need to switch languages on their pc (i imagine very few), so the question would be is cost > benefit? Im inclined to believe its not and that pro players who all hop into custom games before their matches to check setting should be able to tell if their client is in the correct language or not before actual champ select
Thanks for the insight here ender! You rock!
<3
Have you considered not wearing clothes?
I have now
SEMIPRICEYSOAP
Sound Designer
Alison Ho
Semipriceysoap is a sound designer on the Skins team and costs approximately $6.00.Is she in the rp store?
Just checked, not there. E-mailing support for my RP refund now.
Not sure where you got this from as the players can choose to play in their local language when playing on stage. As part of the checklisting process, the referees also have the players sign off that they are playing in the language that they want to play in before joining the game lobby.
So well done, I love it just as much as I love Zyra. <3
Thanks for the clarity. I hope you don't get left at the airport this time!
I've been sleeping there for the last 2 weeks. Im running out of clean clothes...
So players can't use their native languages in international tournaments? E.g. he could use Korean when playing in OPL but at MSI and Worlds there is only English?
As a ref for international events in the past (msi/worlds 2017) players could change language for their client. The client naturally maintains the language most recently used however, so sometimes players would forget to swap when they logged back in after another team was on stage. Not sure if thats what happened here, but its my best guess
Have you considered removing the tumble cooldown and just giving her power elsewhere? It is the most frustrating part of her kit.
Definitely. It's a balancing act of trade-offs, with the goal being to reduce Vayne's playing against frustration while leaving the playing-as-Vayne experience as fun as possible. The introduction of the mechanic earlier this year increased Vayne's play-rate pretty considerably, so looking to see if it can exist with slightly reduced power. Would definitely consider removing it completely (or think of some other mechanics change) if Vayne continues to be an issue post 9.10
Thanks for the reply jatt this makes me feel better. Just wondering if Kog will be buffed this patch or are you waiting to see how the rageblade nerfs affect him? Rageblade is pretty much what still makes him viable so just curious what your going to do with him
Currently don't think the rageblade nerfs are large enough to make Kog weak. he's sitting at around ~53% winrate in most MMRs, so don't want to pre-emptively compensate with buffs. If we're wrong, and the rageblade nerfs make Kog weak, we will look to address from there.
On release Illaoi getting a penta would announce TENTAKILL - I'm not sure it's still in though....
I like how Vayne gets buffs for rageblade cause god forbid she is weak for 1 patch but Kog gets absolutely no compensation and he is way more dependent on the item than vayne
I can see how this looks bad haha.. we're not planning on compensating Vayne for rageblade nerfs.
The Vayne R CD should be back to live values tomorrow on PBE. It was leftover from some other changes that we were trying out that would have been harsher nerfs, and had an R CD buff as compensation.
The only thing that should be different from live Vayne on PBE Vayne tomorrow is her Tumble CD reduction during R going from 50% at all ranks to 30%/40%/50% depending on R rank.
FWIW not trying to nerf Vayne that hard. She's around 51.5% winrate now, so don't want to go overboard. In a perfect world the rageblade nerfs and the tumble CDR reduction leave her around 50% -- but less frustrating to play against (since her ban rates are quite high in most MMRs). If she stays at exactly the same ban rate while sitting at slightly lower win-rate -- then the changes didn't work, and we'd have to adjust from there.
Funny lil' tidbit here.
My little brother absolutely adores your Nunu rework, and I'm still amazed how great of a job you did on Mordekaiser.
So yeah, thanks for these amazing reworks!
Thank you. It really means a lot to me to know you guys like them :)
Here's to hoping everyone else agrees with you on Morde!
Cant wait for the random 3 hit passive, true damage, healing and or shield, random minigame and some form of crazy mechanical mobilty rework for morde
We gave him a literal jetpack, powered by souls
Well that rework‘s the good shittm
/salute
So that's what u/RiotXenogenic was teasing all along!!
Actually true
I think any player can have the game in any language they want. Even in NA for example, a korean import can have his game in korean. Can someone confirm?
Can confirm; we support all requested pro player languages on tournament realms.
