If it does well enough to continue to live off, I’d like to keep adding content. Plus I want to localize the game to a few languages. Eventually, maybe make Odd Realm 2, which would be a higher res version.

This will be a short post as I'm mostly just focused on tuning and polish (which doesn't have a lot to show off) but I did want to say that I'm planning on releasing the 1.0 into beta in May. I'm going to need lots of help finding bugs and getting the game ready for the final release. I'm excited for you all to play. :)

That said, here are some of the small things I've been improving over the the last month.

Cleaning up a bunch of different UI windows including the uniforms window. Giving lots more control over uniform permissions and improving the feedback for item stats.

They should all work the same. The only reasons there are multiple versions is for aesthetics and ease of access through other materials.

Happy that you will return! :)

The game is still very much a sandbox with events that appear based on where you settle and who you play as.

I will also add, a LOT is about to change with the upcoming 1.0, which is going to be released very soon. You might want to hold off playing until then. This new version introduces a lot more content, UI improvements, and loads of other good stuff. This will all be compounded with everything added since you played 4 years ago.

Sounds like you played a very early version. The entities (unless they fly) won't climb higher than 1 block in the current version.

Not yet, but you can make armor out of them.

In game, there are 2 summons: the void imp and void woken, which can both fight. Though, they aren't specifically for combat. However, though it's not a summon, you can convert an Ancient into and Archenthrall, which is an overpowered Ancient that is very good at fighting.
More summons on the way!
