Tried to log back in an my char was naked. Once back in game with in 10 sec i would get Server communication error. i can log into other chars but not the one that is naked.

Specifically I'm hoping for information on all those "underperforming" builds that just need a whole lot of gear underperforming even more now that the drop rates of gear have dropped to hell as a band-aid fix to exploits.

WT15 supposedly gives 425% Legendary drop chance, but content creators are documenting what I'm also experiencing; that outside of "guaranteed" drop chances, world drop/random chances are now abysmal.

(I'm sorry, u/thearcan. I know some people put you on Blast for sharing the Balance team's nerfs while the programmers started working on the inventory issue. I know it's kinda like "You're damned if ya do and you're damned if you don't".)
