I can sign in and select my character. When I get in game I can run around for 2 seconds and then I get the connection error. I can play as other characters but not my main character.

This happened today 5/15 at 4pm central time

The affected characters name is "Kobe"

No, when I logged in today it wouldn't let me play at all and I noticed all my gear was missing from my character in the launch screen

I have tried both single and multiplayer and I get the same result

I wasn't ever able to stay in long enough to matchmake

Closed/Open

Crossplay was disabled

I did play the demo and then bought the game after liking it so much

5. I was playing today and I noticed all my legendarys from my storage box were gone, this included a shotgun a sniper/dmr a helmet, a chest piece, and some legs. All of my pre Order stuff is gone too but that’s not too concerning , I have spent many hours getting legendarys, so the help would be appreciated!

On a T13 Drought Palace run, I received a lvl 48 Ronin's Amigasa head piece with Anomaly power, status power and cooldown reduction attributes. I equipped this in camp after the run, but when we loaded into the next map (T13 Archways of Enoch), my character was wearing a random rare head piece and the brand new legendary was just gone.
