Yes, you can stack notables from cluster jewels.

We told them that the fog would have visibility issues.

We were assured, that there were mechanics in play to make visibility not an issue.

Visibility is a MAJOR f**kING ISSUE.

???

The visibility is definitely an issue. In our playtesting we made the fog more transparent based on feedback but my understanding is that it caused other problems (I'm not sure what they were) and it resulted it in the fog being reverted to the way that it is. I mention this only to say that we did see and consider that feedback but we didn't resolve it in a satisfactory way in time.

The monsters with specific mods and abilities need more clear indication. They're currently experimenting with how to make that more apparent so I don't have the exact change to mention now. This is potentially only the first wave of improvements so we can see how these changes improve visibility and if improvements are still needed we can continue to make them.

I've also been very explicit with them that for designing the next league we need to have visibility at the forefront of our priorities so that we don't repeat this issue next league.

I understand these are only wor...

Is the teleportation aspect of this fight the main issue? I'll raise this issue with the team but in the meantime if there are other issues, please let me know and I'll present them all at once.

100% more Damage with Hits from Herald Skills

Applys to hits that are dealt by your Herald Skill. Currently only Herald of Ice and Herald of Thunder hit things.

50% more Damage Over Time with Herald Skills

Applies to Damage Over Time caused by the Herald skill. Herald of Ash directly causes damage over time, and the afformentioned hits from Herald of Thunder or Herald of Ice can cause DoT as well, in the form of damaging ailments like ignite, or more obscure things like Decay.

Minions from Herald Skills deal 25% more Damage

This applies to minions created by Herald Skills: the Agony Crawler from Herald of Agony and the Sentinels of Purity from Herald of Purity.

It does not affect everyone. Based on a some helpful testing done by a user in the thread on the forums who's experiencing the bug, it appears to affect specific clients rather than specific characters - if they give the helmet to a friend, the user can still see the bug on their friend's character, but their friend doesn't see it. So far I haven't been able to reproduce this locally, but we'll get there. I haven't been able to give this one a huge amount of time so far because I've been busy fixing something that was broken by the fix to another thing that was broken by the initial fix to the dual wielding swords bug.

I'm particularly interested in hearing from anyone who's seen this bug inconsistantly - if it wasn't happening but now is, or was happening but now isn't, please post in the forums ...

For those who are asking, I've just received confirmation from the team that the dual-wielding and Cassia related bugs are fixed in our next patch which should be out some time today. (Tomorrow at the latest).
Edit: I'm really, really sorry! Unfortunately, it looks like they've had to pull the dual-wielding bug fix at the last minute as it introduced some other problems that also need fixing. We don't want to delay the patch for it when the other fixes are ready to go. We will continue working on it.

Thanks so much for your valuable feedback since launch. In this manifesto, we'd like to summarise the changes that we plan to make in the near future. Note that these are still in early discussion and haven't been implemented/tested yet, so the plans may change over the next few days.

For speed, we'll likely apply these types of changes in patches as soon as they're ready rather than delaying them to be deployed all at once.

Delirium Monster Damage
As you travel deeper into the mist, the life, damage and rewards from monsters become higher. Players have commented that they feel that monsters become too dangerous, deep in the encounters. The monster damage bonus scales up to 30% increased at absolute most. We are reviewing all of the Delirium monsters and skills to find any that are overtuned and will be making adjustments to any that might be dealing disproportionate damage.
