A BSOD will almost always be caused by something running in kernel mode. It is extremely rare to have something in the user space cause a BSOD. Like all other Windows applications, Planetside2 runs in the user space. I would not expect any application developer to be able to help you with a kernel issue.
With that being said, we can do some additional troubleshooting. If the problem is only happening with Planetside2, I suspect the problem is with BattleEye. BattleEye has several pieces, but one of them is a driver (that runs in Kernel mode) that starts when Planetside2 starts.
