I appreciate all the mixed and varied feedback here, everyone. While it can suck that some specific pre-existing setups may have gotten a bit of a bump down, I'm really hoping the changes put the build in a better position to rise and really come into its own. Keep on sharing your specs and how the Title Update is impacting your build!

The long loading times is a known issue and we are working on a fix with high priority.

Why they didn't slap on a max blue requirement on premeditated... do they even play their own game in pvp?
The shotgun PvP modifier was lowered, so it will do less damage in PvP but more in PvE.

I'll admit, it's interesting to see the intersection of Tom Clancy realism fans, MMORPG Power Trinity fans, tactical shooter, and looter shooter fans, (as well as countless other sub-categories in between and beyond) all participate in this game with varying ideas for how the game should move forward.

I think this is an important question to keep in mind, for sure. But I don't think that TU5 alone will go so far as to push The Division 2 too far into the realm of "choice paralysis." Perhaps it might be beneficial to ask not only "What mold would work best" for the game, but also what kind of experience are you looking for from playing?

As a player I can understand the desire for end-game money sinks, and getting a solid reward of high quality gear from such a sink is always nice... But it feels like it would come with a handful of issues whichever way it could hypothetically be implemented... not to mention really put a finger on the scales in the 'Sell vs. Deconstruct' conversation.
