This is a pretty exhaustive guide on what you can do now that you have hit the endgame! Many start by finding builds they want to work for and begin working on them while working their way through the seasons. But it is up to you! There is no right way to go about it :)

Okay, then that rules out a potentially faulty disc. Reinstall would be my go to suggestion then, and then the database rebuild. :)
If reinstalling the game doesn't sort out the sound issue, rebuilding the database would be a good next step.
Is your copy of the game physical or digital?
The most effective way of going about it would be to focus on stats now and start focusing on builds once you hit the end game, as your gear will continue to improve as you level up. :)

Assuming you are playing on the Playstation, are you playing on the same PSN profile? Or was the Ultimate Edition purchased on a second PSN account?

Technically yes, as the game will run at 60fps automatically. No need to change any settings. :)
The only way to recover an account is through the Ubisoft Support team, as they will have access to the information and have the means to update your info. That being said you will need to verify ownership by providing specific info, so I'm afraid without that it will be difficult to recover your account.

As others suggested, boosting a secondary character can avoid you missing out on some achievements. That way you can maintain your main character to ensure you are able to get all those achievements. :)

Is he able to try and do the mission solo to see if he can receive credit? If not he may want to try matchmaking into another players game to see if that triggers it.
