All things considered though the bugs are just an annoyance compared to the rng problem. I dont know how the development process works and I am assuming the rng is a complex issue you are looking at but I know I am speaking for a lot of people when I say I am more than willing to put up with the annoyance of bugs in the game for now to get better rng sooner rather than later.

That's no problem then I can still pass on the details to the team. Thanks again for letting me know! :)

Between different difficulties, playstyles, tactics, multiplayer options, weapons, and progression routes, the game ha a lot of ways to tackle difficulty. While we still may make minor tweaks to fine tune the experience, there are numerous options available to everyone to facilitate playing through the game.

Between this thread and many others on the forums, there is a plethora of rock solid advice and others willing to help at the drop of a hat.

That said, please be respectful of those who have had different experiences with the game's difficulty than yourself. What is easy for some may be challenging for others, and visa versa.

Been seeing this topic sprout up a bit more often than usual lately... keep in mind that when loosening some restrictions on talents that they can have a bit of a backfire effect. Allowing a talent on every weapon or giving it a lower requirement might technically make it more usable by a wider variety of builds - but if it quickly becomes the best option, then the overall variety is ultimately reduced.

No talent exists in a vacuum, they all have to interact with the other talents, the exotics, the skills, etc.

I appreciate the feedback and nuanced discussion on the topic - this is just something to keep in mind with these conversations.

There is definitely something going on , whether its in the game engine or how my drivers (Nvidia) are handling it etc, but all I know is at the beginning I had no issues, they after a few patches night game play either indoors or outdoors was basically completely pitch black. I'll be closing this thread as it is going a bit too far off into a discussion not directly pertaining to The Division 2.

I think it's important to call us out when we have systems or mechanics or otherwise do things that you don't enjoy, for sure. In the same vein, let us know what parts of the game you are liking. Feedback from all types off players, however detailed and nuanced, helps us make the game better.

That said, with a playerbase this large, it's inevitable that some people won't like changes made to the game or a direction that we take. In that case, more feedback can go a long way.

Some of the big appeal, if I recall correctly, was just that. Everyone starts from a completely equal playing field every time.No meta-focused builds, no overpowered synergies, no cheesy strategies... just a test of skill and game world knowledge.

Plus the added tension of the storm-torn city and a desperate fight for your life didn't hurt either.

I feel profoundly conflicted every time I glance over it.

But the thread has solid advice and admittedly an eye catching title.

I appreciate the mixed feedback here, everyone.
What skills, weapons, or tactics did you use for the Gunner quest that you might continue to use now, if any?

Essentially what is happening is same thing that’s been happening since launch. The revive hive drops upon being downed, but it just won’t heal no matter what. Even when you’re not hit with any status effects. It’s incredibly slow when it does work, & also revives you with no armor resulting in an instant re-down. I don’t know if this is by design or not, because when the hive works & it belongs to a team mate, it heals you with at least half your armor back. I have even experienced instances where I would be in cover & die, then a team mate would use their hive to revive me, but upon revive I can’t hurt any enemies with any type of offense at all. To fix this I would have to close app then reload to get it to work. When I load back in it shows like I’m in the downed state as if I was never revived at all. I have noticed that the revive tends to have issues working properly when you get downed by or near cover. Whatever I can...

Hey, thanks for that incredibly detailed report, it's very helpful.

If it's not too much trouble, some footage would be excellent :)

As someone playing on PS4 who doesn't use the hive myself but plays with squads who use it quite often, I've noticed that sometimes when I get downed and my teammate throws the revive hive at me, it will start to revive me by filling up the circle halfway, but then will seemingly stop before it fully revives me. It only fills the bar halfway before it stops firing revivers and then doesn't do anything. Also, the hive seems to only be able to revive one teammate at a time, as I was playing a mission last night where two of us were down around a corner together, our teammate threw the hive to us, but it only revived the other teammate and then stopped before it could revive me. Not a very good skill if it stops working halfway through a revive or only revives one person and then sits there.

Thank you for letting me know :)
