We sent screenshots from players to the dev team. We should be able to fix that, but I don't think it has a high priority right now. Depending on how hard it is to resolve the issue, it might take some time.
Do you think you guys could look at targeting a maintenance window that doesn't hit prime-time on a friday night for Australia? Or stagger the maintenance across regions? It's a little bit frustrating not being able to play as the weekend starts considering the game has been out for only a week.
We didn't have the fixes ready before today but we also didn't want to wait until next week. Once we're back to a more normal schedule, we will want to avoid Friday and the weekend in most cases.
In regards to prime time Australia: We're doing maintenance just as our work day here in Sweden starts. This allows us to react to any problems that might come up throughout our day.
Ironically, the game was made by Massive... whom is located in Malmö, Sweden...
...so blame the Swedes? shrugs
We might consider making amends.. if you Sweden the deal a little.
