We are actively looking into the cause of this but we have no update to share as of now.
A workaround for now would be to play the game using DX11.

While the dev team is looking at this, it would be appreciated if they could also take a look at hit detection for the TAC 50 and other specialist weapons: https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision/comments/b53gce/hit_detection_issues_with_specialist_weapons/
Thanks!
We are.
I'll be honest... That's my fault haha. I'll fix it on the next window of opportunity <3
Ps.. i may have been asleep? ;)
Please please keep adding to these!

First off bad comparison, imho. Second, if someone “thinks” it’s to strong and needs looking is the same thing whensomeone says screams nerf. They’re asking the devs to look at something bc they think something is wrong. The difference is the person that yells nerf is being aggressive and the person that asks “can you look into it” is being passive aggressive
Dog. Specialization.
OMG
This is something we're still aware of, and the team's making improvements. More news to follow soon.
Replied to a thread earlier on this issue but want to let everyone know that this is fixed in an upcoming update.
