  • Does this still happen after today's update?

I've ran this by the team to confirm if there's any other causes for you losing so many points.

We can then see if there's a system in place here or if this needs to be raised as a bug.

As this our Trackmania 2020 server, so we can take a closer look at the issue and errors you're receiving, could you please open a case via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter and attach the following;

  • Any screenshots of the errors you've been receiving
  • The name of your server
  • How many users are active on your server
  • When this issue began and when was the last successful copper transaction?


We'll take a look and see what we can do.
