Hi @chipsTM and thanks for the video!
I can see that the video shows the issue occuring on 'purple' map by EntryLag, correct? Does this also happen on all other maps when you're trying to view the ghosts?

Hello @Sykeptical and welcome to our forums!
Congratulations on your time! I'm sorry that you weren't able to see your time on the leaderboards right away - sometimes it might take some time to refresh and update them. Have you managed to see your record since?
Let us know and have a nice day!
Hey @Andre-R-R-B and welcome to the forums!
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Have you managed to resolve your problem now?
If not, it is possible that it's caused by having a Switch account linked to your Ubisoft account. For test purposes, please try unlinking it to see if you can then play the game without issues. You can find a short guide on how to do it ...
Hey @Szynja - sorry to hear about your problems trying to play with a wheel!
Unfotunately, we can't guarantee that wheel controllers will be working correctly in the game, as they haven't been tested and are not fully suported. You can find a list of all supported peripherals in this article, thanks!
Hello @Ze-Rax thank you for getting in touch with us and letting us know of this particular crash to the desktop when playing COTD matches and crossing the first checkpoints or completing one round.
Thank you for letting us know you have tried to verify the files and reinstall the game. I have yet to come across any recent player threads reporting the exact same issue with COTD.
Can you let us know if you use any mods with the game such as OpenPlanet or any other software such as those that show your key presses on screen? If so, if you uninstall these programs, do you still encounter these crashes when playing COTD?
Do you also use any VPN software whilst playing that you can disable to test if this is causing any connection iss...
Hello @Kyle07125 welcome to the forum!
This option menu should be almost identical on the Windows 11 OS too.
If you press your Windows key on your keyboard, then start typing 'internet options' in the search box, open your internet options menu, then select the 'advanced' tab in this menu - here you will find the same options as the picture above that you will need to enable temporarily for any problems connecting to the server or creating an account.
Thanks for that additional piece of information RacelevTM, I will make sure it gets passed onto our Nadeo team too. I do not have an ETA of when this issue may be fixed, but our Nadeo team have been able to also reproduce it, thanks for raising this with us once again
Hello @STORM-GLumo thank you for reporting this issue to us.
Can I ask you to check, if you instead create a game with 2 players, but this time set every players controls to gamepad instead, under Device type in the settings menu - if you then alter the button controls in the settings menu for gamepad, will these buttons be applied to player 2's gamepad in local play also?
This will allow us to check if it selecting a keyboard as the main device type in the menu, overrule all other gamepad and controls
Hello @nanotrik thank you for your post.
Can you let us know exactly what Dinput controller it is you are using, and if you are playing wired or wirelessly? This information will allow us to ask our Nadeo team to test the vibration function with this and other Dinput controller types to see if they have the same issue after the update.
Hello @MrHighwayTM thanks for getting back to us with this. I have tested this myself briefly and was unable to find a way to remove my finalized and validated track from the online tracks.
I will forward this to our Nadeo team to see what they can suggest if there is in fact a way to remove your tracks from being playable online. We will do our best to update you when we know more.
Hello @wdwed2020 thanks for getting in touch with us about your crashes.
Have you tested the game on any other GPUs previous to your Intel iRISx GPU to know for sure if this is being caused by this particular GPU you are using?
The minimum GPUs we recommend for the game are NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 and AMD Radeon R9 270X as we usually only benchmark against AMD and Nvidia GPUs.
This guide contains the most common fixes for game crashes, would you be able to give the steps listed in this guide a try? It will help us rule out what may be causing your particular crashes if it is not specific to your GPU > ...
Hello @WonarioStrike thanks for letting us know that the issue seems to have resolved itself!
Should this occur in your game again, please try to link us to your custom block .Gbx files, so we or Nadeo can also test if this affects our tracks too, thanks again
Hello @L0N3__W0LF, thanks for getting in touch with us about your Club access.
After purchasing a standard or Club Access upgrade, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for this to be added to your account. In the meantime, you should get an email confirmation from the Ubisoft store and confirmation on your 'my history' page on the Ubisoft store, if the transaction was successful >
https://store.ubi.com/uk/my-account#account-order-history
If you haven't received your purchase after 24 hours, please ...
Hello @Jonnite thank you for getting in touch with us and thanks for providing that video. Could you please try capping your maximum frame rate to 60FPS to begin with, in the games settings menu that you showed us, to see if there is an improvement to the lag and performance after changing this setting?
Hello @JakeCheer thanks for reporting this, I will forward these details on and the map file to our Nadeo team to review and test out this exploit, thanks for making us aware!
Hey @prohjort ,
Thanks for getting back in touch.
This was understood to have been resolved last month, following the update of all the forum links in Ubisoft Connect, however checking myself I can Trackmania's hasn't been updated, so I'll re-raise this to the team.
Thanks for the heads up!
Thanks for clarifying @slowpiou , appreciate it!
I've passed your report on to the game team so they can take a closer look into this.
Should we need any more information or have any updates, we'll let you know.
And of course if you find any similar issues, keep us updated.
Thank you!
Hey there,
Thank you for taking the time out to bring this to our attention.
For complete clarity would it be possible to share an image using some of the items that snap as you would expect?
Many thanks
Hey @WonarioStrike ,
Thank you for reaching out to us and reporting this!
You noted this is a recent occurrence, were you able to use these same blocks in the same map previously? Or a different map?
And is it any / all custom blocks or just the FlinkIce you've tested so far?
Could you also let us know if there's any changes after verifying the game's files?
Thank you!
...
Just an update - the team have advised that from Map Review, players should be able to withdraw submissions if the map isn't approved.
If it has been approved, it cannot then be removed.
Also if possible, could you please provide a screenshot of the page you're looking at / attempting to remove tracks from so we can see if the above applies in your case?
Thank you!
