If you would like to upload a video and link us to one of your replays, or provide us with a before and after screenshot of the Leaderboards, we will be able to look into this for you and other players further.

We may not be able to reinstate the times, but it will allow us to check for any bugs and false positives in the software we use, thank you.

Do you have any other peripherals plugged into your computer that may be interfering with the menu or controls, that you are able to unplug.

Are you also able to show us a video of what is happening for context?

Can I ask, are you able to reproduce this soft lock issue every single time by repeating the same steps?
Also, does this happen on all game modes that automatically changed map?

Are you able to provide a link to a video showing this behaviour that leads up to the crash?

Can I ask if your club access has ended and now you are trying to change the skin of your car to the default country one?

Can I also ask if at any point you have had a Uplay+ subscription?

Is this the first time this visual bug has appeared for you?

Does its only appear in this map you have created and are you able to reproduce it more than once?

Sorry to hear you have been having issues in the game and that the PB times are not registering for you, this can take up to an hour to register sometimes in the game because of the servers or uploading issues.

Hi everyone, thanks for reaching out to us.

At the moment this is a known issue to use, sometimes due to the servers it can up til an hour until your PB times update for each track, if this still does not work it is an upload connection problem.

Please get back to us and let us know if your times update on the track or leader board after a 1 hour wait.

Hey Stups_Kiesel,

Thanks for letting us know! We were investigating similar issues to this with the finish trigger not working as desired and having some lag after the button was pressed, I believe there a fix is planned soon for a coming update.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to me with that information.

I don't believe this has been reported to the team yet. If any of you experiencing this can you please upload a screenshot of you adding shaders to the map, or perhaps upload a video to a video sharing website, like Youtube for example and post the link in this thread, I will be happy to pass this onto the Trackmania team to investigate.

As well as this, to confirm would you both make sure that you also meet the system requirements and try all of the steps in this guide just in case this issue turns out not to be a bug but a performance issue, as we always need to check these things before reporting any bugs, in case the issue is coming from the players side thank you! -

Hey F4tb0ySlim welcome to the forums right here, right now.

Sorry to see this is happening to you, when this happens to you, how many players are on the server at the time, is there a certain amount of players when you automatically get put into spectator mode or does this happen to you at random when joining any server?

Can I ask you how your ping displays when this happens?

Also, are you able to upload any video for us to view?

I have not come across this issue yet, but I would recommend also following all these steps in this guide to improve your connection to Trackmania just in case -

Sorry to hear this and welcome to the forums. Did you by any chance have a Uplay+ subscription?

The first thing I would recommend would be to verify Trackmania's game files, you can do this here -

Try to launch the game afterwards and let me know what happens then.

Could I also ask if you know if you were using cloud saving or saving locally to your hard drive?

By default, the Trackmania local save game file is located here -
C:\Users\'username'\Documents\Trackmania

Thanks for getting back to me with that. I've took a quick peek at your account and can see that you have a different access to the Club Access you have purchased.

Can I confirm with you the exact date that you purchased the Club Access version, as sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for this to appear on your account and in game?

Hello RonQuiney welcome to the forum!

Can I just check first of all what settings you are using in game so I know if this is a visual bug or not.

Could you please navigate to Settings > Advanced > Compatibility > Move the AGP Usage Slider all the way up and see if this improves the texture for you in the map editor?

Please let me know once you have done this and please screenshot your graphics settings if possible, thanks!
