Hello everyone,

First of all for any crashing at launch issues, please make sure your PC matches the system requirements of the game here -

If you can get as far as the settings page within the game, try lowering your graphics settings gradually.

Make sure that your drivers are up to date as well as your Windows OS. I know Nvidia updates their driver versions almost every month and just I had to update mine.

If you are using any anti virus software, please make sure the game, Uplay and also Epic are white listed in your anti virus settings and not quarantined as a threat.

Hi everyone, sorry to see you are having trouble installing and running the game.

On top of the other fixes playrayman666 mentioned, can you please try the following -


1. Find the games .exe file and right click on it, then run as administrator.

2. Make sure you have recently updated your graphics card driver, as Nvidia and AMD now usually release monthly updates.

3. Delete any temporary files you have stored -

-Press Windows key and S, then type disk cleanup, and select it
-Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK.
-Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
-Select OK.

4. When trying to reinstall and launch the game, try disabling any software that you do not need that is running in the background, then restart your PC and launch the game -

Hello everyone,

If you are struggling to find information about the telemetry data in the game, or you would like to be able to view more of it, like you could in older Mania Planet Telemetry API, you can always ask the developers to implement this in a future update by leaving your feedback and ideas here -

Hello everyone,

Thanks for getting in contact. In regards to the rumble / vibration features missing in Trackmania, this is not intended and seems to be mainly missing from DualShock 4 and Xbox 360 controllers.

If anybody with any other controllers are having this issue, please let us know in this thread.

We will update you all when we have more information on this.

In the mean time, please try to disable any programs you may use such as DS4 for Windows and please make sure your XInput drivers are up to date for your controllers on Windows 10.

Our officially supported controllers are -

• Mouse and keyboard.
• Dualshock 4 Controller.
• Xbox One Controller.
• XInput compatible gamepads.
• DirectInput compatible gamepads.

Hey lamaleta12 welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear this is happening to you, are you using any CPU intensive apps or software in the background when trying to play the game?

Do you get any error message when the game crashes, does the game crash to desk top or hard crash where you have to restart your computer?

If you have any video clips you can record of this happening, that would be a great help thank you!

Hello everyone!

Our testing team have not been able to reproduce this issue just yet. They have some questions to help them investigate further -

- Are you able to provide a video of this behaviour?

- Does this ever happen on a new map, or does it only seem to affect existing maps?

- Did you attach the screens on any custom block?

- Did you edit the screen while being in a specific mode? (ghost block mode, free block mode, air block mode etc.)

Thanks for returning to me again, very unusual indeed.

Although this issue does seem to be at a graphics card level, I would also like to suggest the following to see if you see any different behaviour -

- Ask a friend / family member to log in on your laptop, and see if the issue occurs on their account
- Try logging in to a different / new Windows user, and see if the issue happens

If these steps don't work, our technical team can investigate further for you. I will update your case's notes so our team know what has been tried so far.

Although you have only noticed this issue, this behaviour indicates it could be an issue with the graphics card or perhaps the drivers. We will of course do everything we can to help!
