Hey Porkyle,

After looking at your port settings, they seem all good to me. I believe the port settings for Trackmania are 2350-2450 TCP and UDP.

I would honestly suggest creating a support ticket and providing us with your MSINFO / DXDIAG / and port settings and to mention the connectivity troubleshooting steps you've already taken.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you both are struggling to get online with Trackmania.
Can I ask if you receive any particular error code or is it just the message?

Also, are either of you using a VPN that might stop you connecting to the correct data centre?

Hey Bradobradi,

Thanks for getting in touch.

Can I ask you if you get any kind of error message before the crash?

Do you have any kind of anti-virus software running whilst trying to launch the game?
We recommend making sure to whitelist your game launcher Uplay/Epic/Steam as well as whitelisting the game Trackmania in your anti virus software, in case it is causing this crash.

As previously mentioned in another thread, with all the new players since the games launch, its been reported that there are some delays with trophies, points and rankings.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear your having problems with the keyboard input.

Have you tried accessing the menu by hovering the mouse of the top right corner of the main screen and going into the settings, selecting input, keyboard, and remapping the keys?

Hey Pender.Fr,

Thanks for sharing your solution!

Sometimes 3rd party software like DS4 for Windows can affect the functionality of controllers in our games, so we recommend disabling it when you can.

I had the same problem too, being logged into steam where I used my controller, affected the controller being recognised in other game launchers, so that is a good shout too.

@Sypher0n, are you using any other game launchers that may be set up to use your controller too?

Thanks for providing me that image. Do you have any sort of game pad attached to you computer, or USB input device that you can disconnect, then see if the option for keyboards comes up?

"What types of access levels are available in the game?"

There are three types of access levels available for Trackmania:



Starter Access -

  • Play solo and multiplayer on 25 new maps every season.
  • Earn medals and track your progression in regional rankings.
  • Get the best of players campaigns in the arcade channel.
  • Compete every week in the National League.
  • Get the replay, skins and simple map editors and try the map review servers.


Standard access -

  • Race and compete on the daily player's map selection.
  • Join club activities: campaigns and online rooms.
  • Create tracks with the advanced editor and test them online.
  • Create and share your race videos infinitely.
  • All features available in Starter Access.

Thanks for getting in touch. 50.134? Wow I wish I could get a time like that. At the moment with all the new players since the games launch, its been reported that there are some delays with the leader boards and peoples rankings.

We suggest waiting a few hours to see if it updates, as we have been told the data and times have not been lost, it just takes a little while to update on our side for now.

Thanks to everyone for this amazing release, we are really proud to see all of you enjoying the game as much as we do! It's a great pleasure to work around such positive players and we've tried our best this week to correct the most urgent problems players have encountered in the game.

You've probably noticed that you no longer have issues with your records in solo and multiplayer mode. Here are some other changes you will be able to notice after today's update:

+ We've improved the way we validate records in order to detect any inappropriate time on every map alongside some net code improvements. Still have work to do.
+ Fixed an issue where Track of the day would not be available at 7PM CEST in solo play.
+ Rooms should no longer display a wrong amount of players.
+ Fixed an issue where frozen wheels would unfreeze instantly after leaving the ice.
