I tried to disable and re-enable my internet connection after waking my computer from sleep, but this doesn't help trackmania with identifying my UPlay credientials. I still have to logout and and log back in.

If you're NOT on a laptop, you should upgrade your GPU. If not, you will not be able to play with your pc and you should buy a new one.
