Hi, this is being looked at, with a patch hopefully coming this week. If you disable any animated banner poses you have active, that should help increase stability, though the issue may still manifest.

@TommyMimosa Hey, I think there's a (wholly reasonable) mixup here, the G7 skin that was unlocked in this case was Cold Justice rather than In The Mist.

Cold Justice has a slightly different shade of blue for the tape, and whiter "camouflage", but they appear to be quite similar at a glance.

@shadowrol2001 Can you try power cycling your router and try again? If you have the ability to connect to a different network as a test before trying to log in again, that will also help with finding where your issue lies.

@zam0th Hey, we're looking at these erroneous warnings. Are you still skydiving at this point? The warning should go away when you land-though it does pop up in some situations- and you shouldn't be penalised for quitting a casual match.

Ok, thanks. Can you go to C:\Users\yourusername\\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\profile and delete the profile.cfg file?

This is the local file for these settings and for some reason your system seems to be blocking Apex from saving any changes to it. You can manually go in and tweak variables, (player_setting_damage_closes_deathbox_menu is your main concern) but often issues with this can be bypassed by deleting the file, then letting the game create a new one from a default template when you start the game next.

@artvali Interesting, do any other config changes fail to "stick"?

If you restart Apex as an admin, make the toggle, then perform a quick restart, does the change stick then?

@Ebbro2539 That might be a regional restriction. Do you have your region set as Belgium?

Thank you for the clear posts, we'll look into it. These items shouldn't be aquirable via Apex packs so it looks like something has gone wrong.

@AnneBell In your collection event pack you got the Masked Mileage charm, as well as 2 random items. You should see it unlocked on the top row, 2nd from the right.
