@p6x9ntkmplhp Hey, can I check if you're using a non-English game client?

Also can you go to the following location on your PC and delete the "assets" folder there? It contains some of the temporary files like news and store info and hopefully wiping that will help fix your issue.

C:\Users\yourusername\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\

This file will always be on the C drive regardless of your actual game installed location

Oh that's fine, the server doesn't matter. I was checking in case the Steam store region was a factor. It turns out that it isn't. 

If you're still intending to purchase the Loba Edition you should be able to just use the Steam page linked above.

Hey, you're not always reset to Bronze 4, you're deranked a tier and a half down from where you were.

So you would have been in Gold 4 to get pushed back to Bronze 2.

Of course for those Silver 2 and below, the reset is to Bronze 4 as that's the start point.

@Lunary_tenebre Hey, I just tested and was able to grab it, but notably I needed to restart my game client for the content to show up. Can you close the game then start it back up and check again? You should then get a notification, and the content should be in the blue/rare section of your character/weapon inventories.

 

The Alternator and TT skins are called Spring Serenity, he Pathfinder and Horizon skins are Porcelain Perfection, and their banner frames are named Good Fortune.

Unfortunately that's not easily determined, older logs are much less accessible. I do see a rare Bocek Skin, which appears to be unlocked at the same time, but nothing else.

Oh dear, sorry, I saw the word "event" and just pulled up the last one. 

Going by timestamps it looks like the Epic Artifact Finder Hemlok skin was in the 2nd pack.

@VoodooBunny Hi, from some testers on the team Apex - and by extension EAC- should be generally working fine on W11. 

If you're having some issues, you can try an EAC repair and a client repair. 

To run the EAC repair, run the exe file from the game's installed location and choose the Repair option.

Hey, thanks for the post, in these cases the items are delivered, though we do have reports like yours that the "new item" mark doesn't always show. 

Anyway in your case the 2nd pack contained:

Valykrie Rare Pose
Wraith Rare Monsters Within frame
Kills as Revenant tracker

I hope this helps, you should see the frame under Wraith in your inventory. 

Oh and just for clarity's sake, the packs are 400 coins each, rather than 700.

@gorangaming27   Do you get an error message? I'd guess it'd be a "game logic error one"?   In any case, the best thing to check is for some local file issue. If you play via Origin, you can right-click the game panel and choose the Repair option>
