Hey, thanks for the post.

I think there's a mixup here, from what I can see it appears that you didn't grab the premium BP for Season 2.

It looks like you have the Hot Rod Wattson skin (BP level 30 free reward) and the free trackers.

However I can't see any of the Premium items unlocked at all, and your unlocked BPs only show season 3's onwards. I can also see some other evidence that I can't share in a public setting.

Hi, as per the message, an EA Account can't be linked to a different Steam account.

It's not still linked, but this can't be linked to any Steam account other than the older one in the original image. 

From the unlinking page:

You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.



Assuming the other conditions are met, if your Steam account is linked to a newer EA account, you could unlink those accounts, then relink your Steam and older/original account.

Hi, yep unfortunately the other Sentinel/Rampage issues weren't addressed in the patch, the fixes will need to come later.

The cell/thermite exploit should be addressed though. I guess it's a small mixup in your post and it is indeed fixed, but can I double check.

Hi, thanks for the post. 

I think I know what's going on, but I just want to double check.

There's an intermittent frame-time issue (colloquially known as "Slow-mo servers") that can manifest, it makes everyone move slowly. I guess this isn't what's happening here? Was everyone moving at the usual speed?

If everyone was moving at the right speed what I think happened is that Valk's "floating" physics were applied to Lifeline.

Hey,, just to clarify a bit

 

1: Counting items isn't particularly effective, as some packs will contain crafting materials. Also between trackers, badges, event items and more, it's very easy to miscalculate unlocked items. 

2: Checking I can see you played a bit in the summer last year, which was after the level change and pack grant, so I'd guess that's when the packs were granted and there's just a mixup. 

Thanks for the post,  we of course want to make sure we don't have any anomalies with packs, and I hope this helps with clearing this up.

Hey there. I'm confident Bug 2 and 4 are tracked, and  I'm 90% sure bug 3 is tracked  I'll check on that.

Hi, this is working as intended, there's been a bug for a while ago that let keep folks keep old trails, but this has been addressed now. 

You can find info on this in the previous patch notes

@Minthyyy Hi, you had hit BP level 37 and gotten the rewards before the game in question. You then played a game and hit the next player level point to get an Apex pack.

One thing that's notable is that in some cases BP notifications can be delayed. So you might have gotten the notice for the coins and extra pack when you finished the latter match, but you had in fact already acquired the items. David.png

Interesting, does the capture just not appear or do you get an error message? If you clear off some older ones does it work?

Also can you try power cycling your router, and/or toggling captures on and off from settings?

If you toggle cross play or change your data center does this have an effect? You may want to try power cycling your router just in case it's some weird local issue too.

Sorry that this got missed. From taking a look this does appear to be a small mixup. 

"The Superconductor" is the store recolor for "The Heavy Construct". You should have "The Heavy Construct" if you scroll up on your favourites list, it was unlocked long ago.

On the other hand, I can only see "The Continuum"  showing up with that Legendary pack opening. 

Just for general info the store skin for "The Continuum" is "Child's Play"

@p6x9ntkmplhp Hey, can I check if you're using a non-English game client?

Also can you go to the following location on your PC and delete the "assets" folder there? It contains some of the temporary files like news and store info and hopefully wiping that will help fix your issue.

C:\Users\yourusername\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\

This file will always be on the C drive regardless of your actual game installed location
