Hey, can I assume the shots were hitting the trident and not the player? When the trident is hit the passengers get hit for 20% damage, so each tick during the "charge" phase will be rounded down below 1. 

For the shot itself, it does 45 on a body shot, which of course rounds down to 9, or possibly 8 if the passenger was fortified.

So I believe this is working as intended- unless you can consistently hit the driver/passengers the CR offers gentle discouragement at best- but we'll double check on the damage rounding when it goes below 1.

Hey there,yep I think there's been a mixup. 

@RockScorpion384 Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but for heirloom purposes the thematic packs are the same as Apex packs. They'll have the low chance of randomly getting shards, they'll count towards the 500 pack guarantee, and  it's your 500th Apex or Thematic pack it'll give you the shards and reset the guarantee. 

The Collection event packs are different, they count towards the collection event reward. 

So in this case, your counter will be reset. I know it's probably not what you wanted - another set of shards again soon would be very nice - but I hope this clea...

@Spektrum_HD For you I can see the pack with crafting mats and the rare "Jump Pad Allies launched" tracker in one pack as you describe. 

For your packs that appeared to disappear, you got:

Pack 1:
Rare Octane skin: Circuit Breaker
Octane common quip
Common (15) crafting materials

Pack 2: 
Rare Octane Banner stance: Showtime
Wattson rare skin
Eva common skin

While they do appear to have been eaten by the system while there issues yesterday, I've checked and the items of the 2 packs opened together were delivered eventually.

The contents were:

Pack 1:
Octane Legendary holospray
AR kills as Mirage Tracker
Common (15) crafting materials

Pack 2: 
Epic Octane emote
Mirage Kill quip 
Common (15) crafting materials.

Hi, this is as intended. For a while now trails have only been intended to last for a single season, at which point they're removed.

This had been bugged for some time and the trails weren't correctly removed, but they are now

Hey, thanks for the post. We've seen scattered reports but haven't been able to replicate. Can you disable other emotes(even from your regular emote wheel) and just try enabling the specific skydive emotes and see if that has an impact?

You've taken some reasonable steps to check for a local issue, but it does still seem to be local. Do you have it installed to an external HDD? If so, can you try a reinstall but this time ensure it goes to your internal/default drive?

Have you encountered this while viewing said charms from the lobby?

If not, do these same charms lead to the crash if you load into the Firing Range and grab a gun with the appropriate charm?
