Thanks for following up, but this is not something that we can help with here on Answers HQ. Only the Terms of Service team can make this type of decision, and we don't have any visibility into their investigations. 

 

I can only recommend following up with them to see if they are able to review the account once more. Unfortunately we don't have any way to further investigate this ourselves.

Ah, I see. I'm afraid we can't really offer troubleshooting if you're running the game via Bootcamp because it's not officially supported. You would need to run Apex Legends on a Windows-native PC to meet the system requirements.

Is this only happening if you're running the audio through your controller? If you connect headphones or to your PC or run the audio through speakers does the same thing happen?

I haven't heard if there are any plans to add support for Apex Legends in NVIDIA Highlights. If we do hear more details on that I'm sure we'll share an announcement with everyone.

I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer your progress between platforms in Apex Legends. Your progress on your PS4 account will not transfer over to the PC. You would be starting a new account from the beginning.

It's definitely something that people have been requesting since the game launched, but unfortunately we don't have any additional information on if this will be coming in the future. It's definitely odd that you can hear the audio when the volume mixer is pulled up. If you click on the volume icon in your taskbar what is it showing as your current audio device? If you click on the audio device does it give you the option to change to a different output? Does your controller audio show up there?
