I'm sorry, but account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to decide if the ban could be overturned.

Are you getting this error message often? Have you had a chance to try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If you right-click on the game in your Origin library you should see the Repair option when the menu pops up. 

 

Let me know if you keep seeing the same error message afterward.

I'm really sorry, but this is not something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. The best course of action would be to contact the Terms of Service team so they can review the account. They would need to see if the ban can be lifted. 

 

If you've already contacted them that is all you would need to do for now. They will follow up via email as soon as possible.

Looking through the DxDiag I'm afraid that your PC does not meet the minimum requirements for Apex Legends. It's running integrated Intel graphics from your CPU, and the CPU itself is below the minimum specifications, unfortunately.

Cross-saving is something that we've seen requested for quite a while, but unfortunately we don't have any updates on if there are plans to bring this to Apex Legends. If it does happen in the future I'm sure we'll post an announcement to make sure everyone knows.

When you've got a chance can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's something else running that's causing the game to crash that might help get around it.

It's weird that it was working OK before now. When you've got a chance can you try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps? If there's an issue with the game data that may help fix this.
