I'm afraid that account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. Since you've already reached out to the Terms of Service team that's all you need to do for now. They will review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. 

 

Unfortunately we don't have a way to see how long a TOS investigation might take. That can vary depending on how many cases they are currently working through. Hopefully they'll be able to get back to you soon. Keep an eye out on your email for a response.

Have you noticed if anything else doesn't seem to be sticking after you close the game? Are any of your settings going back to the default? Is it just the cinematic that's coming up every time?

Hey @jnaughton29

 

The issue with the game locking up or crashing after/during Legend Select is something that we're currently tracking. The Apex Legends team is investigating, but I'm afraid we don't have a time frame on how long it may take for this to be resolved. 

 

In the meantime we've heard that alt-tabbing the game after selecting a Legend can help with this. If you leave the game alt-tabbed until everyone is in the dropship before bringing the game window back up it should let you drop and play the round.

Thanks for giving that a shot. I'm wondering if there might be something else running on your PC that's not allowing Apex Legends to check off that you've already watched the cinematic. I've seen some situation where security software can do this because it's preventing the game from rewriting files. When you have a chance check and make sure you have exceptions for Origin and Apex Legends in your security software.
