Have you had the chance to try power-cycling your Xbox to see if that helps at all? If it's still happening after that try clearing out the alternate MAC address as well to see if that helps.

Got it, thanks!

 

Looking through the DxDiag I noticed there were some errors coming from a program called GameManagerService.exe. This should be Razer Synapse. If you've currently got Synapse running have you checked to see if there might be any updates available for it? Would it be possible to try disabling it to test and see if that has any effect?
