Thanks, that’s been fixed now.
Thanks, that’s been fixed now.
We’ve been gradually fixing these sorts of issues as they’re found, but it’s difficult for us to do so unless we witness it directly. But, if you have any issues in the future it will be helpful if you can note what exactly you were doing before and when the bug happened.
Clicking the “sort items” button will typically fix the issue.
LocalLow is located in AppData which is a part of Windows. It’s hidden by default, so it sounds like you should set Windows to show hidden files and folders to see the log file.
Not necessarily-- if you upload the file I mentioned in my previous post I can take a look.
We should have specified-- in this case we need the output_log (C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\LastEpochLauncher) mentioned in that support article.
The logs for the game and launcher have the same name due to them both being made in Unity, but they’re very different.
What version of the game do you have installed? Have you played before?
Thanks for the info. Does it consistently happen when you go to a Lagonian Port or Volcanic City Monolith zone?
Next time it happens try changing the Volumetric Lighting setting under Advanced Graphics. Go through each setting and us know if it changes.
Sorry about this! We’re still collecting information on these problems to find the cause.
Is this the log file from when the game crashed, or from when you loaded the game after? Unfortunately the log file from the crash is much more likely to have helpful information.
Depending on the nature of the crash, there may be files located here: C:/Users/YOURNAME/AppData/Local/Temp/Eleventh Hour Games/Last Epoch/Crashes. They are labelled by date/time, so if you find any that correspond please upload them.
Which tabs of these had items in them, and which tab were Arena Keys in? Were items deleted from the tab that has Arena Keys?
Could you post your system information, ini file and a screenshot of the game showing this problem? Just one or two zon...
Read moreAh I see, thanks. I’ve made note of that
Thanks for the report, I’ve noted this.
I’m not able to reproduce this-- my character unlocked Avalanche at Shaman level 20. Could you take a screen shot of your passives window?
Unfortunately that last part of the log file doesn’t tell us too much. Could you upload the log to a file sharing service? If you compress it into a .zip or similar it will be much smaller to upload.
Thanks!
It seems like this only happens with the Necrotic conversion node, so it may just be a visual bug. I’ll look into it.
Thanks, I’ve confirmed that isn’t working and made a note of it.
This is actually due to a bug where Bone Minions and Skeletons were considered the same by some effects, so because you have a node that limits your maximum to one, the Skeletons get killed. This will be fixed next patch.
This is likely because of a modifier the boss had so it’s intended, but the portal issue is known.
Thanks!
This will be fixed next patch. Thanks!
I haven’t had any issues with sound on the mage unfortunately, so I’ll need some more details to figure this out effectively. If it happens again, make sure to upload your log file.
If you switch to another character does their audio work? Does restarting the game make a difference?
Sorry about this! Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do to bring back your stash.
So the deletion of the SC stash and the copying over of the HC solo stash happened at different times? Did your HC solo stash have items, and were the items from it or was a copy made?
If you run into saving/loading issues, please make sure to copy out your ...
