Please use the in-game reporting tool to report problematic character/guild names. You can follow the steps laid out here.

Hey everyone, update for today. There are two things happening simultaneously regarding the fix for the game version mismatch error:
It is possible that the update from the network provider will direct impacted players to the correct client download which would fix the mismatch error. For any players who are currently impacted, we would like to know if this update fixed the issue for you. Please log back into the game and report your status in this thread.

Small update. The drop rates are currently not working as intended for the Interpreter's Retreat area. Team is working on a fix, and that is currently targeted to be deployed for 7.3.1. Thanks all.
