Hi all,


Confirming that everything is working as intended. I did ask the team for a breakdown on how the decos work for Interpreter's Retreat and Shrine of Silence. You can see that below. I do want to add that this is how everything works currently. Should any changes be made to this, we'll let you know. Now onto the breakdown:

Interpreter's Retreat

  • Voss Awning (Blue) - Drops from any Enemy and can be purchased at the Specialty Nutrient Vendor
  • Voss Awning (Green) - Drops from any Enemy and can be purchased at the Specialty Nutrient Vendor
  • Voss Plant Vase (Style 1) - Drops from any Enemy and can be purchased at the Specialty Nutrient Vendor
  • Voss Plant Vase (Style 2) - Drops from any Enemy and can be purchased at the Specialty Nutrient Vendor

Hi all, current update for this issue can be found here. Essentially, we're working with the network providers to determine the root of the issue as it seems that the new updates. It is also highly possible that this is a CDN caching issue and it correlates to a player's ISP as we have seen players get back into a good state over time.

Hi everyone, 

We're tracking another issue for the launcher where players see a game version mismatch error when they log in. Thank you to all the players who submitted their host log files to help us troubleshoot further. We are currently working with the network providers to determine the root of the issue as it seems that the new updates did not fully deploy properly for all players. It is highly possible that this is a CDN caching issue that is based upon ISP as we have seen players get back into a good state over time.

We'll keep you posted on an update when we have more info.

Hi everyone, 

Adding the following to the known issues list. 

Some players will be unable to progress the crit path mission "Unwelcome Visitors" if they also have the "A Cantina in Crisis" mission.

  • Workaround: In order for players to continue on with "Unwelcome Visitors", they must abandon the "A Cantina in Crisis" mission.

  • Open the launcher
  • Set compatibility mode on the browser
  • Close the Launcher
  • Open it again
  • Confirm if the settings remained to what you set them as or if they were reverted

Wrote this in another thread, but the compatibility mode setting should stick when you set it after you open the launcher. If you would confirm that it does after following the steps laid out in the linked post, that would be awesome.

@Bale Hi again, just to reiterate, the team looking into the launcher is asking for the file that is typically located here -  C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic Launcher 

They can hold onto the DxDiag report you sent, but they are requesting the specific file above. Thanks!

The setting should stay if you change them after you open the launcher. Can you test the following?
