Hey everyone, 

A new iteration of PTS has been deployed. If you experienced a crash prior to this build, we highly encourage you to test out PTS again and report any new findings here. Should your game experience a crash, please follow the support steps listed here. 

As an FYI, it is expected that the download for the launcher will be over 30GB and Steam's will be 8GB.

The rotation could be improved. Huttball is not fun to me, and while I do enjoy Pylons, we get them way too often. I would love to see more Odessen in the rotation. It's my favorite WZ map.

Not in general for this specific thread. I just don't want players to forget about Shabir's initial ask "We would like your feedback on which maps do you feel are the toughest to reach 8 medals on and why".

Hi all The issue is resolved and both servers should be back online. Thanks for your patience. 

Minor update. We will be restarting both the Star Forge and Satele Shan servers within the next 30 minutes. So if you are currently in either of those servers, your game time will be momentarily disrupted.

I specifically resubbed to play the story & I’ve not been able to. I basically flushed $20au down the drain. 
The monthly renewal is due next week I think. Im obviously not going to want to flush another $20.

Is there a time frame on a fix? It’s already been close to 11 months for this game breaking bug.

Can BioWare offer a free sub or other incentive till the issue is fixed?...

This bug has been on our radar since we mentioned it on the known issues list. We are still investigating it especially with the reports of the workaround not working for every player. I'll update this thread when I have more info. I just wanted to chime in here to let you all know that we are actively looking into the edge cases we are seeing.

Hello everyone, 

I hope you all had a lovely holiday season. We wanted to let you know that we will be deploying a new PTS build shortly. We received reports of players crashing when trying out the 64-bit build. If you are one of these players, we would like you to play the game on PTS once more. We are currently pinpointing what is causing the crashing issue. So it is possible that you may crash again during this iteration, however, the reports that you send in will provide us with additional details on your experience. Please follow the steps written out here to submit reports if your game does crash.

Far too many people don't read patch notes nor the forums and they're missing out on so many things.

The launcher system alert should be updated with the support line info. Please let me know if it doesn't show up!

Appreciate the info. The team will look into this list and if there were items that were intended to be discounted but weren't, they will figure out the best course of action.
