I'll be adding this context to the mission reset pinned post  but wanted to clarify here that after 7.3c goes out, any player that is in this specific mission loop will see that the Old Wounds Mission will be reset for them. Progress will not be restored as we want to completely avoid potentially placing impacted players in their previous looped state.

Hi everyone, 

We received reports of players having issues making purchases through the website. It is recommended that anyone who received a failed purchase notification must wait 24 hours before making another purchase. 

A temporary purchasing hold was placed on every account that attempted to make a purchase via the website yesterday. This does not impact anyone’s in-game account so they can play the game as normal. 

Any new purchases that are made today will be processed as normal unless you are impacted by the purchase account hold. We are working with the team that oversees this process to both have the temporary hold removed for those still impacted and also prevent this from happening again.

Hello everyone, 

Giving you all a heads up that we will be preparing for Game Update 7.3c to be deployed in the next week or two. There are a couple of bugs that we will be fixing in this update, but one in particular we wanted to point out is that in a rare edge case, players can end up in a situation where they cannot progress the crit path.

In the “Complete Tasks for the Initiative” task, there are 4 missions players must complete in order to progress the crit path: 

• Work Amok
• Unwelcome Visitors
• Aiding Efforts
• Secrets of the Shrine

If a player completes all 4 of these Missions and then does a Mission reset on Old Wounds, it will put them in a state where they are unable to move forward. We are making a correction to how Mission resets will work in this instance. If you have completed all 4 of the above listed Missions and have not completed their turn-in when 7.3c launche...

Hello everyone, 

We will be deploying Game Update 7.3b on June 21st at 8am CT / 1pm UTC. Expected downtime: 2 hours. Patch notes will be available at a later time. I'll update this thread accordingly. 

Game Update 7.3a was deployed on June 15th, but because we did not need to bring the servers down, there was no announcement made for maintenance. The patch notes will be updated accordingly with the info found here.

Hi everyone, 

We just deployed fixes for the following: 

• The GTN Buy out price will now work properly when typing a new price.
• The Preview window no longer resets when other players approach them.
• The shrubs on Alderaan are now restored. 

These fixes do not require any server downtime, so players may continue playing the game as normal. 

Thanks for these reports. The team was able to repro this issue and found the following workarounds: 

• Sharing the screen and not the application allows the game to be streamed
• Sharing SWTOR without sound permissions allow for it to be streamed

The team will be looking into this further to find a fix. 

Moving this over to the bug report sub-forums as this is not working as intended. The team will be looking into a fix for it. 

Confirming that this is a bug and we are investigating a fix for it. Thanks for the report. 

Adding the following known issues to the list above. 

• Imperial characters may receive mail from the opposite faction's representative
• Players may get temporarily stuck in a cutscene state in the "What Remains of Clan Cadera" mission. 
  • Workaround: If this happens, press Escape, and the player will be able to advance the mission

• Bonus points are awarded only to the player that strikes the killing blow on the "Mutated Geonosian Queen" boss for the "Lair of the Mountain Queen" Season Objective.
