Adding note to Known Issues list that Upgrade Caches currently include Implants. Players should only be receiving upgrades to non-implants if an upgrade is available. A fix is planned for a future update.

Hi all,

I'm asking that posts are kept on topic. Please contribute the conversation of the lockdown in this thread as I do not want it being derailed because I want to determine if there is a bug happening with this system.  And as I wrote in my initial post, "it is possible that these timers can be adjusted in the future based upon the feedback we see and the data that is collected off of player behavior" so I am asking that posts are kept on topic to consolidate feedback.

The player experience should be as follows:

  • Leaving 1 match = 20 minute lockdown
  • Leaving 2 matches = 1 hour lockdown
  • Leaving 3 matches = 6 hour lockdown

If this is not your experience and you are going through a 1 hour lockdown first, please confirm as that is a bug and we will have to look into that.

It's been reported that players are not receiving the 20 minute lockdown as a first offense and instead receiving the 1 hour lockdown. If anyone else has experienced this, please confirm that here or feel free to send me a PM. As always, character name, server, and even what queue, group composition, and map name would be helpful information.

What kind of time frame are we talking? If you don't mind me asking. Is this over the course of 24 hours? A week?

This is one of those finer details that we are keeping close to home because some players will try to take advantage of that knowledge. However, I can confirm that it is less than a week.

I'm all for stopping toxicity, but I don't think a lockout timer is the way to go. You can't stop people from quitting. If they wanted to do that, maybe implement what Halo does and give them a warning if they leave too many warzones before giving them a lockout.

Something like 10 Minutes, 20 Minutes, 40 Minutes, 1 Hour, 6 Hours would be fine.

Hi everyone,

We are keeping the finer details close to home, however, we can confirm that the lockdown is intended for minimizing the numbers of times a player drops out of a match and we would like to clarify some misconception here.

Lastly, it is possible that these timers can be adjusted in the future based upon the feedback we see and the data that is collected off of player behavior.

Thank you

Hi there,

We are seeing additional reports of players not seeing the The Jundland Cycler Sniper Rifle and/or the Jundland Rifle unlocked in Collections. These weapons were not meant to be implemented with 7.2, so they have been taken down from the Cartel Market. They will be made available in a future update both in the CM as well as Collections.

For players who have already purchased these weapons, do not destroy them. However, if you may have because of the confusion of them not being unlocked in Collections, please reach out to Support, so that they may restore that item for you.

Hi everyone,

Following up with this thread here. I posted what the plan will be for the next fix that will be deployed. I will be updating that thread with updates.

Hi all,

Here's the plan starting tonight and going into the morning regarding the PvP progress bar reset issue. We will be deploying a fix tomorrow morning that will reset the weeklies as they should have been reset with today's fix.

IMPORTANT NOTE. Though this fix is happening tomorrow morning, players who have not completed their weeklies will be able to continue playing PvP today, and will keep their progress even after tomorrow's fix goes live.

Tomorrow's fix will be identical to today's. Players should expect the servers to go down for approximately 1 hour. We are targeting 8am CT. Should any of these details change, I will be updating this thread.

Thanks for your additional reports and your patience, everyone.

Perfect, thank you everyone. We're doing some additional testing so hang tight. I'll update the thread here with more info when I have it.

Hi all, I'm forwarding your reports to the team because that is not intended. The weeklies should have been reset. This was something they tested before bringing the servers back up, so we have to do more digging. Can you confirm what servers you're on?

Bringing the servers back up! Appreciate your patience, everyone!

Details on expected behavior when players log back in after this fix has been deployed. It is expected for players to see a clear slate on the progress bar. As the progress was not being saved when players logged out for over and then logged back in, there was no data to recover.

Thank you to the players who reported this issue and provided details on their experiences. They were able to help us locate what the core issue was that allowed us to deploy the fix qu...

Hi all,

While I do appreciate a good pair of leggings, especially during the colder months, this was not intended to happen. So the team will be looking into a fix for it in a future update.

You still need 25gb free space on your hard drive though. During the download process my computer lost 25gb+ hard drive space but once the download had been completed and the play button was highlighted it gave me back the 25gb it had taken. If you don't have 25gb free space on your computer though, surely you can't download the update?

This is common behavior for patchers as they set aside temp space for downloads and installs. It's cached data that is being reserved in the hard drive.

Hello Jackie,

When I tried downloading the patch, it tried to eat up 25GB of space on my hard disk. However I did not have 25GB of space on the disk it was downloading the patch to, so my disk went to 100% and the launcher stopped working. It did not complete the patch or progress or g...

I bought that bag 3 times already, so no bug

BUT it is not sold by the Spoils of war vendor: it is sold by the conquest gear vendor…

That is correct! It was originally posted that the Bag of 200 FP-1 Stabilizers would be found on the Spoils of War vendor, but players can find this on the Conquest Gear Vendor instead. We split the currency conversions to their respective gear vendors. ...

Hi everyone,

A few items to reiterate/confirm now that 7.2 is here:

  • Regarding the new game launcher, we are seeing reports that players are confused about a full game download being shown in the progress bar. Reiterating what we have posted previously that what you are visually seeing is not a full download, rather the true download is only the new data and everything else is being scanned to look fo...

I did have one quick question about Life Day ...  I have a handful of parcels left over from last year...  Any way to use/add to those this year?  OR ...  just scrap them?

Just asking!

They carry over year to year so you can use them :)
