Galactic Season 3 will be coming in our next game update which we are calling 7.1.1. We're finalizing the details right now, so I don't have more to share at this time, but I can at least confirm that GS3 will be coming in the next update.

Can you give us more details, like an exact step by step in how you arrived to that state? We need to understand everything you did in order to reproduce the same path/experience.

It would also be helpful if you could tell us what was the last thing you did before realizing you were in this state.

For these vendors to unlock their missions, your character needs to be wearing gear with an Item Rating of 324 or higher and the character must be level 80. Here are more details.

We're currently looking into this and investigating. Right now, we have not been able to repro the issue on our side, so the team is interested in knowing the following information:

• Do all group members see the same player as dead/in that same state?
• How did the player/affected player die?

Hi everyone,

Servers are back online and the exploit fix has been deployed. A couple of notes that we wanted to bring to your attention:

• If a player upgrades their gear at a vendor, their Loadout may show the older item until the upgraded version is equipped.
• If a player completes Ruins of Nul, they may need to relog in order to receive the Digging Deeper story mission.

Hi everyone,

As of the time of this posting, we have taken down the gear upgrade vendors located in the Supply/Stronghold locations on the Fleet and Ossus due to an infinite credit exploit that was reported to us. The team is currently working on a fix for this issue and when we are ready to deploy it, I will update this thread with further info.

I will update this thread on the status of this issue EOD.

Hi everyone,

Now that 7.1 is live, we would like to know if anyone is still experiencing issues with this particular fight. While there were changes made to the fight and the environment and very few reports coming in, we were still not able to have a 100% repro of this issue. Hence my follow up post to determine what the player experience is after this update went out.

Only submit a report if you have experienced it AFTER 7.1 has gone live. Please include the following info if submitting a report:

• What server were you on?
• What mode did you play in? (Solo-story, Group finder, or a premade group)
• Where were you on the map when the issue occurred?
• What were you doing the moment the issued occurred? Jumping? Using an ability?
• What message did the combat log give when your character died?
• If you have video of the fight, feel free to PM me a link.
