Hi there everyone,

We have a number of active Client issues that we're working on, and alongside our Game Update today, we wanted to provide you a detailed update on where we are on these issues.

Client Crashes / Black Screen

We are aware of a handful of issues impacting client stability and we're working hard to address them as soon as possible.

For those of you experiencing the black screen / loading screen issues, today's Game Update includes a potential fix - please do let us know if this has been resolved for you now.

Secondly, over the coming week, the team are continuing to work on releasing further hotfixes to address client stability as they are ready. If you've been impacted by these crashes, thank you for your patience - we'll provide more information as soon as we can.

How about also fixing the STEAM login screen issues:

  • The "gear icon" / "options" does not work, it doesn't do anything, can't be able to change any settings from login screen not even mute the audio. Esc does nothing either.

  • If you log out after being ngame or lobby its impossible to log back in because the whole box is entirely blank. You have to close and reopen the game to log back in.

Those have been reported too - the team are working on it so we can resolve it asap.

Depending on the support issue, if the support center can't resolve it, you'll usually be given the option to contact support.

Can you update your app through TestFlight? We've found this is happening for those on the older client version.

True, that's not deniable. Hopefully it's something that's just being overlooked.

It was fixed in the sense that a fix was implemented and verified as working, but something happened that caused it to break in the Friday build that wasn't appearing in testing. The team are working on it.

The rollout is taking a little while. Checking in with the team on an ETA now - we'll post when we have confirmation they've all been deployed.

If it hasn't got to you through the deployment, we'll let you know what to do next to make sure you get your owed lifeboats.

We haven't had confirmation the rollout has completed just yet - we'll post when all lifeboats have been awarded. If you still don't have it then, we'll provide next steps to make sure you get them back.

Only for now - the features will be returning soon once they've also received the updated UI treatment. Thanks for the feedback on the new look!

We're looking at what we can do here - we've confirmed we can't return lost crew (really sorry about that) but we are working on some sort of make good. We should have details on that once we confirm the lifeboat rollout timings.

We're working on a hit list of the most mentioned Mobile bugs or issues to pass to the team this week to catch up with where they are - this is on that list so hopefully we'll have more news soon.
