Read moreWe’d like to dispel this particular rumor. At this time, we do not plan to offer mounts or other skill-based prestige rewards from achievements such as Cutting Edge or Ahead of the Curve or Gladiator in the Trading Post.
We’re very excited about what’s coming to the Trading Post in February and beyond, as each month, we intend to offer fun new rewards and themed cosmetics. We’ll post a complete preview of everything coming in February soon.
Thank you for all of your feedback on this.
Starting with Phase 2 of Season of Discovery, we are going to experiment with a policy change: We will no longer support or allow GDKP or “gold bid” raids and dungeons in Season of Discovery. We’ve seen many questions about this policy change, so please read on for our answers and more information.
What is GDKP and why is it being restricted in Season of Discovery?
GDKP is a loot system some players use that essentially allows all loot to be purchased in a dungeon or raid using gold rather than being rolled for or awarded using another loot system. How this typically works is that an item drops and is then put up for gold bid among the members of the group. Players will submit their bids in gold, and the highest bidder wins. After the item is won, gold is traded to the loot master, and then that gold is usually divided among all the raid members.
It’s fair to say that GDKP has some benefits to individuals who don’t want to be tied to a guild or ...

Can confirm.
We suggest that any players who have any Marks in your mailbox, retrieve them and use them before the end of Phase 1, or they will be lost.
We continue to closely monitor data on class performance as well as player feedback. We’ve developed the following adjustments to classes that are over- and under-performing in group content and PvP. These changes will go into effect with scheduled weekly maintenance in each region.

At 11:09 a.m. PST today, we deployed the following hotfix:
Dungeons
This was a bug that allowed Afflicted Souls to be targeted by enemy abilities and therefore trigger mechanics unintentionally.
As we’ve done in the last few seasons, Conquest will be uncapped with the weekly reset next week (Tuesday, January 23 in this region).
At the same time, Spoils of War (30% more Conquest and 40% more Honor) will also become active.
See you there!
With a hotfix that went out to all realms at 2:35 p.m. PST (about 10 minutes ago), we’ve greatly increased the amount of XP you’ll get alongside followers.
Throughout the PTR, your XP was reduced by 20% per follower, so if you ran a dungeon with two friends and two followers with you, XP was reduced by 40%. If you went in solo with four followers, XP was reduced by 80%.
Now in the live game, each follower causes a 5% XP reduction. Your party of three players and two followers should see a total of 10% reduced XP, and solo players with four followers receive a 20% reduction.
With scheduled weekly maintenance on January 16, we will make the following adjustments:
OP updated.
Today, we made the tuning adjustments at about 1:34 p.m. PST.
Today, we made the following adjustments at about 1:34 p.m. PST:
We’re deploying a fix for this that will remove the mount from anywhere it doesn’t belong.
We identified the bug here and designed a hotfix for it.
That fix went out to all realms at 1:01 p.m. PST (about 5 minutes ago).
Thank you for your patience.
In Dragonflight Season 4, we’re going to try something new. We’re preparing a remixed set of gear for each specialization. To determine what that means for each class and spec, we’re asking you to vote for your favorite class look and your favorite specialization set bonuses from the first three Seasons of Dragonflight.
This means that in Season 4, demon hunters might vote for a set that has the look of Season 1, with Season 2 set bonuses for Havoc and Season 3 set bonuses for Vengeance.
We’ve opened a poll for every class and every spec! You can vote now on your favorites, and the winners will determine what we build into the endgame for Season 4. Please keep in mind that we’re going to update the power of the set bonuses to match the increased power of the new gear in Season 4, so any bonuses you choose will be tuned to be as strong as any others.
