Thank you for your patience while we try to assist you.

Joining an Official server might help your console grab some files that might be missing to improve your experience in Singleplayer. You just need to finish creating a character and skip the cutscene. Once you’re in and able to move your character, feel free to leave the session and return to Singleplayer.

If you’re unable to join an Official server, it would also indicate your game is not up to date with the latest available version. Which could also lead to the issues you’re facing.

Thank you for your report. In order to clarify the matter, can you tell us if are you able to see the building pieces that don’t vanish?

If possible, could you share a screenshot/picture of the situation in question?
If it’s not possible to see them anymore, do you remember what building set was used for those pieces?

  3. Select the Local files
  4. Select Verify integrity of game files….

When the issue starts, do you perceive any other stuttering or lag happening or only the issue with the followers?

Also, could you share with us how many players are online when the issue starts? You can check the menu > server > player list.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Here are some ideas of what could impact or provide that error message. Please try the following:

  • Update Windows (no need to change to Win11 though, just update the current version you have)
  • Update Graphics Driver
  • Change to Default Graphics Card
  • Verify files in Steam
  • Disable NVIDIA Geforce/ AMD Radeon Experience Battery boost
  • Disabling Antivirus/Firewall Software
  • Turn off Overclocking and SLI Technology
  • Reduce PC’s energy consumption

Make sure to reach out if the issue still persists.

Thank you for your report. Our team asked if you could share more information and some files with us to assist in the investigation. As follows:

  • Full server logs (the txt file)
  • Crashdumps from AppData (please add -fullcrashdump command and crash the server afterward to ensure the data gets stored)
  • IP and Port of the server
  • Server hosting method (Dedicated server launcher, or online host i.e. GPortal)
  • Can you confirm the server doesn’t have any mods?
  • And, if possible, could you share the server Database saved file?
