Thank you for your reports. Our team is already investigating this issue and working on a solution. In the meantime, they have disabled the event described in the crash log and the server should be picking up on this change after a couple of restarts.
We hope this helps improve the situation a bit until the actual fix is in place. Please let us know if you encounter any other issues after you’re able to get back on the server.

Thank you for your report. If you have PS Plus, you may try and check your cloud saves to see if there are any recent saves you can download to get your base back.
Highlight the game and push the Options button.
In the future, we’d advise ensuring that you save and backup your Co-op data frequently to the cloud or to an external storage device, to mitigate losses that may occur due to saving database corruption.

It should be the “game” file for Exiled Lands or “dlc_siptah” for Isle of Siptah.
Also, please share the location of where the ritual took place and failed.
