Most likely you have already been answered, but the letter simply did not reach you. Write to us from another address (for example, Gmail).

I also recommend that you edit your comment and hide your email address, for security purposes)

The "gmx" domain has problems receiving our emails. Write to me in private messages a detailed description of your problem and the email address that your account is registered to.

Hello. The "USA (Other)" version allows you to launch the game from any region except Europe. This does not indicate the region you are in, but simply the name of the pre-order region.

To launch from Europe, you need the "EUR" version, which allows you to launch the game from anywhere in the world. To launch from anywhere except Europe, the "USA (Other)" version is enough.

Also I saw your comment that you didn't get a response from support. Please write me your support request number.
