Yes. It’s currently locked for security reasons. Doesn’t look like I’ll be getting it back. BSG support is f*cking awful, it’s been over 2 weeks and they’ve done nothing, very close to charging back.

You need to write to us in support, attaching a confirmation that access to your mailbox cannot be restored.

But, the support for this game is broken and non existent. For nearly three years I was unable to log into the website because it would not accept my username and password. My login credentials would work in the client and launcher, but not on the website.

So I tried to change my password using the "forgot password" option like I would with any other service. The email I received had no text in it. I will say it again. I received an email to reset my password that, not only had no link to reset my password, but had NO TEXT in it. The email simply had their generic background image. No text was found even through inspecting the element or selecting all and copy pasting.

I tried again with the same results.

So at that point it was time to open a support ticket...

Great, I opened to tickets as many so many TIMES to change it and they didn’t, and now my email has been hacked and no longer have access to it, the support is truly fkn awful. Won’t be returning or upgrading my game edition unless support changes my email to my backup email tied to my tarkov account.

Have you tried to restore access to your mailbox through the support of your email service?

Just a little remark. I could be wrong, so don't take my words as absolute truth. According to the laws of the Russian Federation, the army cannot be used for military operations on the territory of the country. In the Chechen Republic, there were internal troops, not an army.

As for Tarkov, there are UN troops there, which also influence the actions of other parties. Take a closer look at the plot documents)
