I can see that the video shows the issue occuring on 'purple' map by EntryLag, correct? Does this also happen on all other maps when you're trying to view the ghosts?

Unfotunately, we can't guarantee that wheel controllers will be working correctly in the game, as they haven't been tested and are not fully suported. You can find a list of all supported peripherals in this article, thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that you cannot start the game. The error you are describing appears when you are trying to launch the game from Steam, while being logged into wrong Ubisoft Connect account. Please make sure you open Ubisoft Connect and log into the account that was used to activate the game when launching it for the first time. Then the game should launch correctly from Steam 😊

Your progress is tied to your Ubisoft account, so please make sure to log in to the same Ubi account every time you play! This way, even after your PC Game Pass expires, you will be able to continue your adventure by buying the game and launching it directly from Ubisoft Connect on your PC. As long as it's the same Ubisoft account! 😊

Glad to see you've managed to narrow it down to your controller. Have you made sure that all your device drivers, as well as your operating system is up to date? It might be worth checking for any optional Windows updates and installing them to ensure you have the newest drivers for your controllers. I'd also suggest trying an Xbox controller, if you have one!

I personally play with a gamepad and I agree that it gives a bit more flexibility in choosing the walk/run speed thanks to the analog stick. I'll pass the feedback, thanks again!
