Hey everyone! I've merged multiple posts about this issue into one megathread, so we can properly track it and keep you informed!

It looks like some of the previously completed Core Challenges in The Siege of Paris have indeed mysteriously vanished. The issue has already been forwarded to our development team and they are investigating the cause.

In the meantime, if you encounter this issue, please try completing the requirements again - for example, visiting Normandy again, should unlock The Pascal Lamb challenge.

If you are not able to unlock the challenges again using the workaround above, please record a short video showing the locked challenges and having completed the requirements, upload it to one of the streaming websites and share a link here, so that we can investigate it further. I couldn't find any reports of this issue so far. Could you please provide us with a short video showing the weapons and then loading a game to see if they swapped places? It would greatly help us to understand the problem and report it to the production.

Do you have the Dual Swap skill unlocked? Sometimes it's easy to trigger it accidentally in combat, so please make sure that it's not the case here 😊...

Sorry to hear your axe keeps disappearing from your inventory. Does it only happen to Dwarven Axe or other items from the in-game store as well? Did you previously purchase it from Reda using opals, or from the store with Helix credits?

Hi everyone! Thank for flagging this up - we have forwarded this to our team for investigation and they have managed to reproduce this issue.

To confirm - the Pointman chest piece currently seems to be mislabeled as Armadillo Vest. Our team is currently working on a fix for this 😊

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue in Far Cry 5 as well. Have you tried all the steps suggested above already and checked your HDR settings? If you have an option to test the game on a different monitor or using a different connection (HDMI/DisplayPort) that would also be helpful!
