I'm sorry to hear about your issue with starting river raids. Could you confirm if you have managed to find Vagn already? He should set camp right by the river east of the settlement. Can you see 'A River to Raid' quest in your quest log?

Hey @Gemmell - sorry to hear about your issues with Ymir's Tears!

Have you managed to find it since? The places marked with an X should mean that the tear has already been collected there. Do you see any other tear symbols on the map or any areas that are not discovered yet?

If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please send us a link to a short video showing your entire Asgard map and where you suspect the tear should be? It will help us investigate this further, thanks! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues while installing the game. Have you managed to resolve your issue now?

If not, please make sure that you are downloading the game to your internal storage. Using an external drive to do it might cause issues while downloading.

Please also make sure that Ubisoft Connect has the admin rights enabled by default - it needs it to make all the necessary changes on the drive. You can find a guide on how to do it ...

We don't have a way to reset the progress in the single quest, I'm sorry. If loading a previously saved game before starting the quest didn't resolve the issue, could you please send a link to a short video showing the problem? 12MB VRAM is a bit on the low side here, so it might the reason of the game crashing. We are recommending video cards with at least 2GB VRAM to play the game in 30FPS without issues. You can find the requirements in the article here ๐Ÿ˜Š
