Hey there Rufelieux!

The key should be located in the white locker box inside the tunnels. If the key isn't dropping for you, please could you send us an image/video showing this?

Could you also let us know if you are using more than one character? CommandCntrCmdr and R3klsDrv3r mention that they were able to collect the key using different characters, with CommandCntrCmdr pointing out they couldn't collect the key with the character created in NYC. Could you let us know if you created your character in NYC or in DC?

Hello there gregos1990!

Apologise for the delayed response. Just to confirm, have you began playing the Warlords of New York expansion yet, or are you still in DC?

If you are still in DC, then please note that your level will be capped at 30. You will only be able to go beyond this after travelling to New York.

If you have travelled to New York, and you're still unable to level up, please don't hesitate to update us.

Hello there Cutty_Dutch! Welcome to the forums.

Once a season is over, you will only be able to replay the final Prime Target missions (Jupiter) and receive comms from this mission. Other target missions cannot be replayed once the season is over, which means you will be unable to receive the comms from these missions.

We apologise for this inconvenience. I've passed on feedback about being able to collect the other comms after the season has ended to our team.

Hello there IoanVonHans!

I've reached out to the development team and can confirm that this is working as intended. If you are below 15% armor, critical hits repair 3% missing armor. Kills allow you to repair up to 100% armor for 4-10s, based on your Weapon core attribute.

We apologise for any confusion caused, and I will pass on your feedback regarding this.

Thanks for explaining further for me.

You should be able to toggle your mission mode between "Manhunt" and "Normal," just as you would for an "Invaded" mission. Could you please try switching to "Normal" mode for me to see if you're able to access the mission now?

Could you please provide more information about the issue you're encountering? Are you trying the replay the Bardon Schaeffer Manhunt, or are you encountering another issue that is causing you to be locked out of Coney Island due to the Manhunt?

You can take a screenshot in-game by clicking the "Share" button on your PS4 controller. You could also take a photo with a camera, if you'd like.

You would then need to upload the image to a sharing platform and send us a link so we could take a look.

Could you please send us an image of description of the "Trauma Specialist" talent?

Could you also please clarify whether this is feedback regarding the effectiveness, or lack of effectiveness, of the gear combination, or if you believe that there is an issue with the damage calculation?

If it is the latter, could you let us know what you believe the damage calculation should be, compared to the damage totals you worked out?

Could you please send us a video that shows the talent for the Striker Battlegear isn't working for you in-game?

Could you also describe in more detail how exactly the set bonuses aren't working for you? By the sound of it, it looks like you're only having issues with building stacks. Is this damage stacks or self-healing bonus stacks?

Thanks for trying some troubleshooting steps for us already. I'm sorry to hear that these didn't seem to help resolve the issue.

Would you be able to send us a video that shows the textures not loading in-game for you, so we can take a closer look?

Additionally, could you let me know the following information:
- Does this only happen in certain locations/after certain events, or is it random?
- Are you running the game with DX11 or DX12?
- Is reloading the game the only way you're able to resolve the issue when it happens? Or do the textures load in after a while?

You mention that the computer that triggers the veil mask quest refuses to work. Would you be able to send us a video that shows you unable to trigger this computer?

Just to confirm - you were able to defeat the three other hunters (Lucky, Paranoid, Trip)?

If the issue persist, could you please provide us with more information:
- Does this only happen when you take over control points? Or does it happen during other events?
- Do you receive any error messages at all when this happens? If so, what are these?
