I can see that my colleagues have asked if you're able to test using an alternative network (such as a mobile hotspot) to see if the error continues when using another network to the one you usually connect to. It was working before, but now I cannot play.

The error is poping up always after the first loading screen, when you get into your lobby after pressing one key.
I have a Processor AMD A8-9600 RADEON R7 I know it's not the best but I do know the game runs, because it was working before.
