If you haven't already, you may want to check out this support article regarding PS4 regions, and region lock. While the PS4 isn't technically a region-locked system, you may run into issues if you are trying to play games from a different region than the one you are currently in.

In order to ensure full functionality, please ensure that your game, PSN account, and any DLC are of the same region. Please note that your PSN Online ID will also be tied to a specific region.

Thanks for the images. Our team would also like to see a video of this happening in-game. In the video, would you also be able to show details of the gear you have equipped as well?

When does the behavior become inconsistent with Status Effect Bonus? Is it all of the time, or only in certain settings (PVP, PVE, Shooting Range, Co-Op, wearing specific gear, etc.)?

I'm sorry to hear this. Are you referring to Field Proficiency caches, or a different kind of cache?

Would you be able to send us a video that shows you aren't receiving these, despite having the visual effects? Could you also answer the following questions for me:
- Just to confirm, this happened once you reached level 40? What level are you now?
- Were you in a group when the issue occurred?
- Do you have any directive active?
- Did the issue occur on a boosted character?
- What is your season level?

At the moment, once you head to Liberty Island to defeat Keener, you will be unable to leave until completing the mission. I'm sorry to hear that this has been causing you trouble. I'll pass this feedback regarding the mission to the team. Thanks!

I'd also recommend checking out this basic PC troubleshooting article, and trying the steps from here if you haven't already. In particular, please disable any background applications as these can interfere with the game files.

Hey there guys!

Please check if you already have a Nemesis in your inventory / stash. If this is the case you cannot get the blueprint. We have heard reports of player's being able to drop the Nemesis blueprint after deconstructing the one in their stash. This workaround may possibly work for you as well.
