Thanks for your report. I've deleted your duplicate thread, as it looks like you've included more information here. Thanks for adding this.

We'd like to see the image you captured, if possible. You can transfer PS4 images to PC by saving the image to a USB. To do this, please do the following:
- Plug in your USB drive to one of the USB slots on your PS4
- From the home screen, select the the Capture Gallery
- On the next screen, select "The Division 2," and this should display all of your screenshots from the game
- Find the image you would like to transfer to your computer and click the Options button on your controller
- On the right-hand menu that pops up, select Copy to USB Storage Device.
- Select the image by placing a check-mark next to it, then select "Copy" in the lower-right corner. Click "Ok" once you have been displayed the file location, and the image will be copied to the USB.

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you please let me know the following piece of information:

- Can you recall what the last apparel item you received from a drop was?
- Did you notice any changes between World Tiers? For instance, did you only stop receiving cosmetic drops after reaching a certain tier?

Hey there guys!
tfink660 - SevenNVD makes a great suggestion. Have you been able to try other PS4 discs to see if these work as well? Were you able to reach out to PlayStation Support as well?

JUST_NOOB_IN_DZ - As you mention, it doesn't look like DualSense drivers are available on PC yet. Please note that the PS5 DualSense controller is not one of the supported controllers for The Division 2 either. If it is to be added as a compatible controller in the future, please keep an eye out on our official webpages and within the forums for future updates.

As my colleague Baron mentions, at the moment there are no announced plans for cross play to be introduced between consoles for The Division 2. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Grendel_1337 - Thanks for sharing your suggestion of fast travelling. Thanks for adding your own experience as well, TrumanBurbankAU, creating a possible workaround. We understand that this is not ideal, but I'm glad to hear you were able to complete the mission after trying this.
