daniloulf and zdun8 - I'm sorry to hear you encountered this issue. Did the workarounds suggested above help at all?

If the issue persists, please could you update us with the information requested by my colleague Woofer?

- Have you attempted to speak to the coordinator in both solo play and co-op play?
- What did you do immediately before approaching the coordinator to speak with them? Any specific actions, missions, or changes to gear etc. would be helpful to know about.
- Did you try any of the previously posted workarounds, and were they effective or ineffective in resolving the issue for you if you did?
- A video of the issue occuring in-game

Hey there guys!

Thanks for sharing all of your experiences and workarounds within the thread. You guys makes some excellent troubleshooting points, especially about updating drivers, editing the state.cfg file, and checking various graphics settings, like Vsync.

F1veteran - Did any of these suggestions help to resolve your issue? Or are you still getting low FPS?

Thanks for your additional information, guys, and for the update! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this again, Madison.Cade.

It definitely seems odd that this happened twice, in the last manhunt of the season. I'm not sure if that's a coincidence or not, Gyson, but that's for bringing this up.

I've checked with the development team, and we've had some other players report a similar issue. We are currently investigating this issue further.

I've passed on your report to the team. Are there any images/videos you can share regarding the issue that we could pass onto the team? An image showing your season XP and the double XP bar would be useful.

Hello kojiking76!

Our development team have reached out, and would like some additional information from you. It looks like the issue may be related to a vanity item you are wearing, rather than holding the Eagle Bearer itself. Could you please let us know the following information:

- The name of the vanity item you are wearing in-game.
- A screenshot of your Shirt section in the Apparel page.
- A screenshot of your equipped gear in the Inventory page.
- Does this behavior happen only with the Eagle Bearer, or have you noticed it with other guns?

What kind of Xbox controller are you using? Please note that only the Xbox One controller is officially supported in-game.

If this is the controller you use, I would recommend ensuring that your controller drivers are fully up-to-date. If you are using a wireless controller, I would also advise trying a wired connection.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble collecting the antiviral echo. Would you be able to send us a video that shows that, after interacting with the laptop, the door doesn't open and that you're unable to collect the echo? We can then pass this onto the team for a closer look.

Hey there guys!

Dragonmaster083 - Thanks for sharing this. The Coyote Mask was only unlockable at level 35 as part of the season 1 pass. It's now available as a drop in-game. This thread has some more information on attaining the coyote mask as a drop. Good luck!
