As for the delay in response to your case, we're seeing a high volume of contacts at this time so this is causing delays in reviewing cases. I'm sorry to hear about that! I know you submitted the case a while ago, and I apologize for the delay. Our teams are experiencing higher than normal contact volumes so this is causing a delay in reviewing and responding to cases. I assure you, the team will review as soon as they are able, and once they do you'll be receiving an update on your case. Please keep an eye on the case and on the email associated with your account! Any updates will be visible on the case on the Support site or will be sent to the email that's on file on your account.

Hi @t1ddybo1!

The team is investigating some issues currently with missing cross progression! To clarify, does it seem like you're just playing the account as it was on PC, with none of the PS5 content carried over? Or are you missing items from both PS5 and PC? If you can give us a bit of clarification about what you're seeing and what is missing that would be a great help!

The team is investigating some missing cross progression issues at this time. Can you provide some more info about what you are missing vs what carried over? Which pro League sets carried over and did you receive all of them? And did you receive all the operators you should or not?

Cross play is working at this time. Unfortunately, cross-play does not work between PC and console. Different console families can play together. PC and streaming can play together. You can find more information here.

You should be able to install the edition you've purchased. It may be having trouble installing if you still have the PS+ version installed so let's try uninstalling that version and reinstalling your purchased Dawn of Ragnarok edition. On top of that, would you be able to provide an image of the error you mentioned?

You specifically mentioned these are River Raids issues, so do you not experience this outside of River Raids? And does this seem to be more common in a specific River Raid? If so, please confirm which raid you're experiencing this issue in!

I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting, could you clarify for me if you're stuck on a loading screen or if you're being given an error code/message? If you're getting an error code please let me know what it says! It would also be helpful to know when exactly it appears, such as when loading your save or when accessing Reda's shop.
