To look into this a bit further, can you let me know if the character that is missing materials was one that was boosted or started directly into the Warlords campaign? Or did you start that character on the main campaign?

I'm sorry to see that! I understand this is frustrating because it is useful to be able to see this information readily! I want to get this reported up but would like a bit more information before doing so. Please provide clarification on the following:

  1. When did you first encounter this issue?
  2. Does this happen in all team modes or only a specific mode?
  3. And does this seem to impact viewing certain skills or is it random which skills are not shown?

Hey guys! I'm really sorry for the delay and sorry to hear you've both been waiting on a support ticket for a while. I know that's frustrating. We're quite busy at this time and the team is working hard to respond to everyone, it make take time but you should receive a response to your tickets when the team is able to review them.

As for the issue in game, would either of you happen to know exactly which items disappeared so we can take a closer look into this? And to confirm, the items didn't get sent to your stash/mailbox?

Hey guys!

Sorry to hear about these crashes! The team is looking into an issue with the game crashing when fast travelling between NY and DC. It seems this occurs when a global directive is active, so do either of you encounter the crash if you do not have a global directive active?

I really appreciate you bringing this issue up! Thank you for the detailed descriptions with the accompanying images! To look a bit further into this, could you let me know if this same thing happens with other factories placed in the same location? And does this happen on other sections of the outer edge of the trade union influence or just that specific spot?

If you're still unable to make a purchase, make sure your Ubisoft account information is 100% filled in and accurate. Sorry you've run into trouble adjusting the resolution! If you verify the game files, do you still run into this issue? I've also seen some players run into a similar issue that were able to Alt+Tab out and back into the game and this may help with getting to the settings/option menu to adjust resolution from there.

If the issue persists, please try completely reinstalling the game and let us know of any changes to the issue!
