Really sorry to see this! Thank you however for the image and for bringing this up. Do you notice this with any other decorations or just that Tropical Forest Element 7 decoration?

Thank you for bringing this up! I understand it's frustrating not seeing an actual upgrade to the way the transporter functions after you've upgraded to a new type of transporter. That said, I've forwarded the feedback to the team at this time. If you notice something similar with any other transports, please let me know what you're seeing and with which ones so I can make note of that as well!

First, I want to apologize for the delay getting back to you all about this issue. We're quite busy at this time and that's causing some response delays but we are working to get caught up!

Second, thanks everyone for mentioning the workaround of calling for help and joining another player. Anyone that's tried this, can you confirm for me if the issue returns after you are no longer playing with that person? Or does this completely resolve the issue so that you are able to travel back and forth between DC and NYC from then on?

And @II__DimaS__II , you mentioned a blue screen on PlayStation, did you notice any error codes that accompanied that? If so, I would greatly appreciate if you could provide those! But if you don't know the code, I understand as it's been a while so no worries there.

Hello everyone! Apologies for the delay getting back to you all.

Just wanted to let everyone know that this issue was reported to the team at this time. I've added everyone's information here to that report to help the team that's looking into this issue. Just as a heads up we did see players mention that you can workaround this by doing the following. (Please note this lets you complete the mission, but it doesn't mark as completed at this time. You should be able to complete and get the rewards at least.)

The workaround is:

  1. Call for backup
  2. Make the other person the leader
  3. Have the leader then start the mission on story mode

You should then be able to complete the mission as normal from there.

I know it's a long shot since it's been a while, but would you either have screenshots or a video of this? Or would you be able to get those at this time? If so, anything showing the error and the inventory is full would be really helpful! If you can't get those however, no worries!

And does this only occur with caches from the Countdown vendor or have you received that error when trying to get any other caches while your inventory was full?...
