I'm sorry to hear you're missing medals, I know that is frustrating! To my knowledge, the day you complete the track shouldn't impact the medals you receive from it. That's certainly an odd issue, I've not encountered that one! Out of curiosity, do you have any other controllers you can test to see if they have the same issue? If so, please let me know what controllers you've tested and if they act the same way or not.

This is an issue that the team is investigating. It appears it is caused by anti-virus and whitelisting the game in your settings and in the firewall settings can resolve the error message.

You'll also want to make sure to allow the game through Windows Defender.
1. Open Windows Settings > Search for 'Virus & threat protection' > Protection History > then check for any recently blocked items or files

I'm really sorry for any inconvenience! If you were charged twice one of the following could have occurred:

1) The first attempt could have reached your bank but failed to make it to us. In this instance, the charge usually drops in 5-7 business days. Due to the age of your post, it's likely this would have dropped by now! So if it hasn't...
2) There could be a duplicate order. In this instance you can reach out to us with a refund request for that duplicate purchase.

I'm really sorry to hear you're unable to loot this chest! I've not seen reports of issues getting wealth from the chests in Stenwege, just from the enemy that drops the wealth. Can you provide an image so I can look into this further? Are you blocked by a door you're not able to get a key for? Or is the chest just not unlockable?

Apologies for any inconvenience but purchases on the PlayStation store can be region locked. It could also be that the DLC is not game sharing between the UK and MX accounts. You'll need to reach out to PlayStation for further assistance to confirm if that is the case here.

Hey @ejvandekaa! Apologies for any inconvenience and for the delay getting to your post!

The 50GB number should specifically refer to the base game so if you purchased any DLC content this 50GB would not cover those download sizes. As for needing to download an additional 130GB, this likely isn't a true 130GB update, instead it should be repairing or replacing older files in the original download. If you download that update and it does seem to be a true 130GB update though, please let us know and we'll look into it!

You can adjust the Field of View in game and this should let you change the distance as you prefer.

• Open the Options menu in game. 
• Change to the Screen tab.
• Locate the General section.
• Adjust the Field of View slider to your preference.

Hey @chukky1123 and welcome to the forums!

Are all of them locked or do you have 2 loadouts available and the rest are locked? When you first build the armory you should be able to walk in and see 2 armor stands representing 2 loadouts. When you enter your inventory can you switch to the number 2 on the left hand side and adjust your weapons and armor and see it update on one of the armor stands as well?

Apologies for any inconvenience! I know this is frustrating, especially seeing that the issue pops up repeatedly. In order to look further into this however, we'll need more information about when the issue re-emerged so we can investigate further. Can you confirm when this issue began for you? And do you recall what challenges were not progressing?

It would also be helpful to know if the challenges do not progress at all or do they progress inconsistently?
