Normally, all the backup calls received are shown in the left lower area on the map.
There you should be able to see if there are ongoing calls and there should be three options showing how you want to respond.
The button you need to hit depends on your own settings.
If you encounter difficulties, do not hesitate to post screenshots or a video showing the situation at hand.
